In future I intend to post regularly some great classics of the inconceivably rich African music history. Today it’s a song of one of the greatest Congolese artists: Mbilia Bel from the DRC. She is a living legend who still produces music these days. In 1985 she released the album ‘Keyna’, from which the song ‘Nakeyi Nairobi‘ is taken from. It’s rare to find old classics in translated version. You will definitely enjoy the lyrics and melodies of this song as well as Mbilia Bel’s great vocals.
