Reggae in Africa

THIS IS AFRICA has compiled a fantastic list of youtube-videos of Reggae artists from 18 African countries. The list gives people an idea of the huge significance Reggae music had and still has for Africans all over the continent. Unfortunately, some don’t know that great Reggae artists like Lucky Dube (South Africa), Alpha Blondy (Cote d’Ivoire) or Tiken Ja Fakoly (Cote d’Ivoire) hail from Africa.
