Not much is known about Vukazithathe. We know that he is a member of the South African superband Fantasma, together with sound genius Spoek Mathambo, DJ Spoko and Andre Geldenhuys. We also know that he plays bass, guitar, concertina and sings. We furthermore know that his alias is Bheki Cele and that he has a soundcloud with two amazing songs: ‘Iyakhalalendoda’, a brilliant folk lullaby, which he sings in Zulu: “It is about the grief of being an adult and losing your parents, it is a lullaby telling us that we lose people but not to despaire“. The second track is a bass loaded party tune called ‘Iyahlonishwa Indoda‘.

We hope we’ll be able to listen to more Vukazithathe tunes in the near future. At the moment, he might be one of South Africa’s best hidden musical secrets.
