After her first international appearances on Africa Unsigned it did not need long time until Dutch-Zimbabwean indie artist Rina Mushonga garnered positive resonance, especially after she released her song ‘All My Ships‘.
End of this year she will release her debut album (under B2Music) but she does not want to let her fans wait until then, so she just provided us with this brilliant self-titled EP, which contains four excellent indie folk tunes. According to me she gets pretty close to Bon Iver, who she counts among her influences.
